Set the iPhone to remind you where you have parked your car

Today we are going to show you how to configure the iPhone to remind you where you have parked the car. A function that, believe it or not, is very interesting. You never know when you will have to use it and that is why it is good to activate that function.

Remember where you have parked the car

Thanks to the native app of IOS Maps we have the possibility to make the iPhone save the location where we have parked our car. Yes, we warn that you have to have Bluetooth in your vehicle to be able to use this function.

The Maps of Manzana not only serve to guide us to places, see opinions of restaurants, hotels, make a Flyover virtually visiting some of the most important cities in the world…. It can also be configured for useful things such as the one that we are going to tell you below.

Configure the iPhone to know where you have parked the car:

What we have to do is go to the Settings of the device and look for the tab of this app, that is, the one that says «Maps».

Once we have found it and entered this tab, we will see all the options that we have available. Among them is the function that we are talking about, this function is that of «Show parked car».

Activate the option «Show parked car»

We will have to activate it, although by default this option is activated. Now every time we park, we will have a notice on our mobile with the address in which we have parked the car. We advise that in order to use this function, as we mentioned at the beginning of the article, we must have CarPlay activated or the Bluetooth of the car.

We can also add a photo of the place where we have parked, modify the address if it was not accurate and add a note.

As you can see in the photo, it even tells us how long we have parked the car.

In this way we will not have problems again when looking for our car, especially if we travel abroad or to a place we do not know.
