Create an Outlook electronic signature

Microsoft Outlook is the most used office suite package program. You can easily send or receive your emails using Microsoft Outlook. However, it requires an Internet connection to synchronize your emails, contacts, notes, etc. However, once fully synchronized, you can also access it offline. Hereby, follow the steps below to add an Outlook signature to Microsoft Outlook 2010, 2013 and 2016:

Step 1. Open the Microsoft Outlook application, once open, go to File menu top left and select The options.

2nd step. The above step will bring up Outlook options windows on your screen. In the left pane, go to Mail then select Signatures… from the right side as shown in the image below:

    • Click on New to create a new electronic signature.
    • This will give you an option to Type a name for this signature (so you can recognize if you are using multiple emails) and click Okay to save him.
      For example, I typed Gmail account

Step 4. This will take you to the previous screen Signatures and stationery and you’ll see the signature name “Gmail Account” in the list.

Select the name of the signature and you will see, there is an empty box below to create New signature for your email.

Step 5 Go to Edit signature option and design your signature as desired. You can use editing tools like selecting the font, the font size, the bold, the italics, the underlining, using the colors, the position of the signature (left, right, center), the business card , images and hyperlinks.

Once you have finished signing, click on Okay to save the signature.
